We give our best to deliver the order as early as possible. Please do tell us, if the order is not delivered on the set schedule given by us or within 7 working days. Although it should be kept in mind, the dates are just an estimation. In case, your order is not reached to you within 30 days, then you are allowed to cancel it and we will pay the refund for the same.
On the arrival of the goods, you should check them and within 10 days of receipt, contact us if there is an issue. Do not throw away the packaging till the time you are not sure. After the delivery, if there is any damage or loss to the goods, we are not accountable for the same. Under this clause, the customer rights are not affected in any sense.
Before the delivery, you need to pay for the good in full or if there is anything in writing then we will work accordingly. In case, you already have an account with us, then you can make the necessary payment within 1 month or 30 days. All the necessary details regarding the payment and charges are mentioned in the sales documentation. The overdue payment comes with an interest of 2% per annum. All the necessary goods will be with us, till the payment is done in full even the delivery charges.
We make every possible effort to ensure the description and prices are accurate when they reach the press. In case, if any misleading information is found, then you will be informed about the same as you are given the option to cancel the order or you can order again with the updated price. Under any circumstance, we cannot provide you with the goods at the lower price, only if it is right and you have noticed it as the pricing issue.
The advice and information under the sales documentation are just for general purposes. You can get it checked whether it is correct for the given situation or not. Before the usage of any products, make sure that you carefully check the manual and go through the mentioned instructions. At all times you need to follow them.

The right to cancel is not applicable for the products which are made as per your specifications or tailored the way you need.
We are not accountable for the good delivery in case of an uncertain situation or event, which is not under any condition. In case of your negligence resulting in personal injury, fraudulent activity, the defective product resulting in personal injury, or damage to the business property, we are not accountable for the same. Well! This clause is not applicable for the condition when you are buying goods from our business for further trade or professional approach and you are not under the consumer protection legislation.
